Bottle, 5.5%. Clear yellow colour. Apple core aroma, rough but OK. The flavour has some of the same, tanninlike bitterness, apple core. Woody notes.

Bottle. There’s some white bubbles on top, else it’s a clear, golden cider without carbonation. The aroma is quite apple-ish, in a yeasty, sulphury way that I can’t decide if I like or not. Medium body, quite dry, with flavors of apples, apple cores and some orchard. Lasting bitter-ish apple sees finish. Not bad, but I know several ciders I’d prefer over this one. 120217
