Bottle. There’s some white bubbles on top, else it’s a clear, golden cider without carbonation. The aroma is quite apple-ish, in a yeasty, sulphury way that I can’t decide if I like or not. Medium body, quite dry, with flavors of apples, apple cores and some orchard. Lasting bitter-ish apple sees finish. Not bad, but I know several ciders I’d prefer over this one. 120217
