4 oz pour on draft at Meridian Pint during their 6th anniversary celebration. Mostly clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of herbs and mint. Tastes of herbs, light spice, white wine, caramel, wheat. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Pretty interesting combo, somewhat reminiscent of a cocktail.

Sampled at Meridian Pint’s 6th anniversary pours a clear yellow with a ring of white head. Nose is interesting, it reads wit but there is a heavy cinnamon component that goes beyond just the yeast, mild booze, some candy. Flavor is sweet with candy and honey, plenty of cinnamon and some Amarone wine. Finishes a touch boozy. An interesting riff.

4oz pour at the Official Port City & Schlafly Collaboration "VaSTLy Mild’ Debut Party. Poured a hazy golden color with a fluffy white head. Aroma was spices, notes of biscuit and malts with a touch of hops. Flavor was about the same, with a pretty good yeast and bready body with nice spice notes of coriander and orange, but amped up a bit. Actually a lot like the regular version surprisingly enough. Interesting!
