Bouteille: Deep golden, a bit unclear, sparkling, rapidly collapsing loose white head; moderate sweetish nose of ripe apples with a slight touch of malic acid and some cellary aromas from far away; mainly sweet flavour, accompanied by a little tartness; even though a bit fizzy, all in all pretty soft, light to medium bodied; slighly lingering sweetish finish of ripe apples with very delicate almondy and cellary traces and an even more delicate tartness in the aftertaste. Clean and soft, just a bit on the sweet side...

75cl bottle from Calais Eurotunnel. Pours clear gold, light sweet apple, clean blend, slightly sugary with a dusty finish. Harmless enough but lacking some bite.

250 ml bottle. Unclear golden with a small white head. Very nice aroma with lots of apples, apple cores, ripe apples and a little hint of spices. Flavor is very refreshing apples, apple cores, some cellar notes and good balance between sweetness and acidity. Medium body and decent aftertaste. Lively carbonation. An easy to, refreshing, straight forward authentic cider.

flytteøl#3 clear golden yellow, small white head. aroma is sour apple, rubber. flavor is apple, apple peel, quite sweet, dry in the mouth, sticky feeling. very drinkable, but also almost a bit boring. sort of slightly bitter apple juice.

Corked bottle
Golden color, with fizzy head, not persistent. Moderate aroma of mature apples. Dry mouthfeel, with some apple juice flavor, light hazelnut touch, and the astringency is only very light.
Not bad, but very simple.

Bottle 250ml. @ [ Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting - Ulfborg ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, vanilla, sweet apple - apple pie. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
