Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Clear, deep copper colour. Thick, frothy, cream head. Nose has baked apple. Toffee apple. Yeasty bread. Cracknel toffee. Sourdough. Taste has a sticky sweetness. Some yeasty dryness. Medium body. More stickiness. Plenty of fizz cuts through. Dried apple finish. Odd, but good.
