Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has peach and citrus with grass and a bit of rind underlying. Flavor has bitter citrus with some grass and a bit of pine in the finish.

Poured up on tap at Tipsy Cactus where it exhibits a crystal clear gold colored body that supports a near white head of foam that leaves behind spotty lacing. The aroma offers up a pleasing blend of tangelo, clementine, mango and then faint lime. The taste delivers an even mix of malt sweetened citrus ang tropical hoppy goodness and more bitter grapefruit and a hit of lime and woodiness. Solid offering with loads of interest and balance. Nice.

Pours a clear, copper-gold, with big, fluffy, lasting head. Aroma is a bit muted, but has bread, pine, citrus. Flavors follow. Very clean, crisp mouthfeel. Mild hop bitterness in the finish.

Canned 12/26/24, drunk 2/2/25.
Clear as day! (at least the top pour was). Honey-copper-brass. Small, white head, good retention.
Malty and citrusy with round pine and lemongrass. Very tasteful on the difficult-to-do hops with no Allium that I can find. Graham cracker and honey from the malt easily balance.
Juicy, citrusy, lightly piney, lightly spicy. But never any resin or toast, with soft honey and bread notes from the deep but well-attenuated malts. Juicy, flavorful, balanced and incredibly drinkable.

Aromas are malt, dry grain, citrus, resin, caramel and a hint of MJ. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet up front with a bitter slightly tart finish. Good carbonation and average body. Not bad but nothing special.

Nice citrus and piney hop aroma. Better flavor. Crisp and pretty aggressive hop bitterness. Good malt balance. Medium bodied. Excellent IPA.
