Keg at BD Soho. It pours cloudy amber with pinkish / purple hue and thick, foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, creamy, tangy berry, lemon sherbet and bread. The taste is crisp, tart, bright, good mouth - pucker, sour blueberry, berry skin, raspberry pip, sherbet, sour candy, flying saucers and a touch of lactic tang with a dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Bright, tart and fruity. Delivers a punch for the abv. Best in the series most probably.
