Bottle at home. Pours clear golden, nose is peach yoghurt, light funk, taste is dry, sweet peach, yoghurt, tart. Better than the other 2.

Keg at The Rake. It pours hazy golden with a tiny fizzy white head. The aroma is fairly muted, grain, soured yoghurt, hay, smoked cheddar and a hint of stone fruits. The taste is crisp, tart, bracing acidity, grainy, quite a bit of celery and sour peach yoghurt with a dry, sort of acidic finish. Light - medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. It sounded so promising, but didn’t deliver. Melts the enamel a bit and it has that celery off-note.

Bottle. Mr. Pickles, Sheffield. Murky, grey gold. Thick, lasting, bubbly, white head. Nose has wheaty, fusty grain. Smells a bit like dry porridge oats, actually. Some creamy, lactic tang. Taste is light sour. Some wheat sweetness. Foamy mouthfeel. More of the wheaty thing on the finish. Doesn’t work. It’s not fruity, and there’s little sourness.
