(Cask at Wenlock Arms, London, 25 April 2008) Mahogany colour with brief, off-white head. Malty nose with dark fruit and chocolate. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dark fruit and prunes. Fairly sweet, but still a nice beer.

Cask at the Brunswick Inn, Derby. Amber with a thin cream head; fruity aroma; lots of sweet malt flavour with a hint of orange; gentle bitter finish. Rather nondescript overall.
