Gravity Cask at day 2 of the 41st Pigs Ear Beer Festival, 03/12/2025.
Golden to light amber topped with an off white head.
Nose is leafy, herb, hedgerow, fruit esters, grains.
Taste comprises biscuit, straw, toffee, dried fruits, grains.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow bitter edge.
Decent well rounded bitter.

Pigs Ear 2025. Gravity. Lovely ale. Looks classy. Toasted malts, grains, light leaf and earth. Nips of berries, yeast. Well balanced. Highly drinkable.

Аромат хороший, вроде и битер но карамельки больше чем обычно, а так хмель континентальный ощущается. Цвет очень коричневый при этом мутный и глубокий, пенка маленькая. Вкус прям порадовал, много карамели и баланс хороший что удивительно. При глотке карамели прям много как в браун эле, на который это пивог и похоже, что радует если честно, и горечи мало что снова плюс. В целом прям радует пивас.

Bottle. Beer Stop Dronfield. Ugly muddy brown (must have been half an inch of trub in the bottle) with a very nice lasting thick off white foam. An appearance of two halves. Nose has nutty malts. Fallen leaves. Whiff of dark chocolate. Earthy leafy hop. Taste is semi sweet with some nutty dryness. Turns robustly bitter. Good depth of body with lively burp inducing carbonation. Nutty earthy finish. Looks wonky tastes great.
