Magic Sunrise 5% - Barrel aged ale with Passionfruit, Pineapple, white Dragon fruit and Gooseberry.

This beer was blended using a base of 70% barrel aged ale conditioned on Passionfruit, Pineapple and white flesh Dragonfruit mixed with 30% freshly packaged Magic Rock Brewing Salty Kiss Gooseberry Gose. Tart, Sour, refreshing with a slightly saline finish.

Brewed with 100% solar power, with absolute minimal intervention at every processing step allowing the ingredients to be presented as close to their natural taste alongside encouraging further development of our unique evolving farm “terroir” Bottle conditioned beer. Contains sediment, please allow 24 hours at fridge temperature stored upright and pour carefully.
