In July 2022 we produced an extra pale, minerally wort, with fresh East Kent Goldings hops. For this bottling we selected a single delicate tasting barrel and added a touch of sea salt into the blending tank to give a crisp finish.

Bottle via the online shop. Opaque pale straw gold. Fine white foam. Nose has mineral and sea foam. Light floral honeyed hop notes. Touch of sharp apple like fruit character. Taste has a flicker of sweetness with clean bright dry leaning bitterness. Lots happening. Crisp clean and lean with fine brisk carbonation. Super clean finish. Impressive stuff at the lowly ABV.
