Get some cherry like notes, although it doesn’t have cherry in. Sweet rhubarb. Nicely subtle vanilla. Lightly earthy notes balance the sweet fruit. Hint of oak. Taste more or less follows suit with a fresh fruity sweetness and some of the earthy character adding a bit of dryness. Bit of a citrus twang rounds it up. Smoothie-esque mouthfeel with foamy brisk carbonation. Light juicy bitterness to finish. Pretty unique really. Ace.
