In praise of hops, we've resurrected The Gospel According To... A series of beers to exalt hop varieties in all their glorious splendour.
This pale ale uses one of the most celebrated hops on God's green earth: Citra - a big, juicy, citrus hop with bold tropical aromas.

Can. Beer Central Sheffield. Misted pale gold. Short lived suds of white. Settles quickly to just a whisper. Pale bready grain. Bit of breakfast cereal. Orange jelly baby hops. Taste is full on bitter, coming over a little harsh and green. Light body with carbonation that’s too high. Bitter finish. Emmanuales are very hit and miss, and this is definitely a miss.
