A wonderful slatey, mineral fruity nose that opens up over time. Some spice and leather both on the nose and in the taste. Full bloodied ripe red apples and touches of green apple as well. Conditioned in the bottle. Beautifully integrated. The cork and wire is back.

Bottle. No idea where from. Added this as it’s a different label to the Medium Dry version already on here (had to check UT for confirmation of this). Anyhoo. Took the cage off and the cork started working itself loose. Opened without drama though. Clear deep gold. Noisy head disappears fast. Nose has well ripened warm apple. Some wood bark. Hint of tart green apple. Taste is pretty sweet overall, with a hint of dryness. Clean and bright with high foamy carbonation. Fresh sweet apple on the finish. Nice.
