Glory be(er)! We loaded this American Amber ale with a wide variety of different malts, cereals and hops (more than you'd squeeze into Noah's Ark) to create a malty, hoppy, complex and gloriously divine experience.

Can. Beer Central Sheffield. Mostly clear deep coppery red. Very nice dense pale beige swede. Nose has toffee apple toffee. Damson jam. Sappy pine. Buttered malt loaf. Taste is sticky sweet first off turning big and sappy, resinous bitter. Clean and fresh on the palate. Foamy carbonation. Huge bitterness to finish. Really nice red IPA.
