Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma: strawberry jam, cake and brown sugar. Taste: strawberry cake and milk chocolate. Not too sweet.

Cask @ Guild Ale House, Preston. Black with a thick off-white creamy-frothy head. Aroma is strawberry z taste is a dark-malty chocolate infused strawberry - not particularly stout-like outside its texture. Quite rich.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Clear deep brown. Head fully dissipates. Nose has a touch of strawberry yoghurt. A little fudgy and chocolatey. Taste is pretty sweet and fruity, with a light, tart bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel. Fine, brisk carbonation. Some bitterness on the finish. Ok.
