Can at home in Hackney - big thanks to Garrold for the swap. Pours clear amber-gold with a frothy, off-white head. Novel stuff, nicely rounded, has some toasted malts, light dry honey, berry seeds, a little grass, English yeast. Light to medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Fairly bitter in the finish, soft leafy notes, pine, leather, mellow honey, herbal hops. Dynamic beer.

Tap, at the brewery. Hazy, deep amber. Fully lacing, lasting, off white head. Nose has rye bread. Honey on toast. Hint of hop spice. Some flora. Taste is fairly sweet first off, turning spicy, herbal bitter. Medium body. Nicely smooth. Fine carbonation. Spicy bitter finish. A tad drying on the close. Tasty gear.
