Bottle. Chatsworth Farm Shop, Derbyshire. Opened with a big hiss. Slow gusher. Uh oh. Pours clear, bright gold. Huge head, eventually settles to a firm, white foam. Nose has bready grain. Sweet lemon. Touch of floral hop. Hint of bother in the background. Taste confirms this isn’t right, with a sour, vinegary tang on top of sweet grain. Light to medium body. Lots of foamy, burp inducing carbonation. More sourness to finish. Infected, unfortunately. Might have been a decent beer judging by the initial aroma.
