Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy, cola brown. Film of beige. Nose has cherry chocolate truffle. Fudge. Hint of coffee. Bit of ripe pear, presumably from a Belgian yeast addition. Smells great. Taste is dry, and estery bitter. Smooth on the palate. Fine carbonation. A tad drying. Fruity, estery, cherry truffle finish. Nice one.
