Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazed, medium gold. Thin and dense, totally lacing, white head. We’re off to a good start. Nose has granary wheat. Hops come across ripened grape and pineapple. Some fairly distinctive resinous notes. Taste has a matching, resinous feel. Good depth of bitterness. Hint of balance, by way of a juicy sweetness. Light to medium body. Soft carbonation. Punchy, resinous bitterness to end. Like a North Riding beer ought to be.

Cask @ Whitelocks, Leeds. Golden with a creamy head. It has a mild dryness and is a mid-hoppy ale that's very sessionable.
