Cask @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Golden with a creamy head. Hopped with mild sugars, which provides some flavour, but not too much.

Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Clear, pale gold. Good covering of dense, white foam. Nose has decent Mosaic to it, with plenty of strawberry and dark fruit. Background of doughy bread. Taste is fairly sweet, with a soft, fruity bitterness. Light body. Light bitterness to finish. Decent.
