Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines, Sheffield. Clear pale gold. Streams of fine bubbles. Thick and foamy, lasting, white head. Good looker. Nose has sugary cereal. Privet leaf. Damp grain. A little papery. Taste is mostly sweet, with a soft, grassy, privet leaf bitterness. Foamy on the palate. Medium body. Decent balance of sweet grain and leafy bitterness to finish.
