Cask. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Dark straw colour. Foamy, sudsy, white head. Nose has decent Simcoeage on it. Bit of pine and piss. Clean malts, maybe a little bready. And then the bloke with the vinegary bowl of chips sits down, and blows any other aromas out the way. Taste has a little sweetness, turning piny, citrus oil bitter. Light to medium body. Lasting, pithy bitterness to finish. Nice golde.

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Paler golden coloured with a small creamy head. The hop is dominant with a slight dryness attached. Thereโs some maltiness here too.
