Juicy and refreshing, with strong tropical and citrus aromas backed subtle bready flavours and almost zero bitterness. A blend of malted and unmalted wheat make up the grist for this pale ale. We added some Ernest hops at the end of boil before double dry-hopping with Citra and Amarillo.

Cask @ North Bar, Leeds. Straw coloured and light in the palate. Has lots of citrus, is fruity with some grapefruit involved, although it does not have a high bitterness.

Can. Bier Huis, Ossett. Cloudy, mucky gold. Thin and dense, clingy, just off white head. Nose has Weetabix cereal. Lemon gums. Sherbet. Some toffee. Taste is a little sweet, with some dryness on the palate. Foamy carbonation. Light body. Small amount of bitterness to finish.
