Bottle. Bier Huis, Ossett. Opens with a customary Five Towns big hiss. Hazy, dark yellow. Big, thick, noisy, bubbly, white head. Rampant carbonation in this one. Nose has squeezed grapefruit. Cracker malts. Whiff of smoke. Taste is dry and grapefruit skin bitter. Light body. Huge fizz. Dry and bitter finish lasts an age. Probably very good, but just getting it down with all that fizz is totally off putting.
