Cask @ Pumproom, Halifax. Very dark amber-brown with a creamy head. Has a strength with its whisky influence evident, and provides a small sweetness to the mildly malty-nutty flavours.

Cask. Head of Steam, Sheffield. Clear bronze colour. Thick, bubbly, lasting, cream coloured head. Nose has toasted malt. Watered down whisky. Toffee apple. Some fruity esters. Taste is fruity and estery. Some sickly sweetness. Medium body. A bit greasy. Fruity and estery finish. Not my cup of tea.
