At the brewery, this was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a moderately hazy burnt orange to yellow color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a decent pace. Some light sticky lacing.
The aroma takes in some sweet to bitter citrusy pulpy to rind-like hops. Some light lemon zest, super subtle pine far underneath.
The flavor rides the balance between the sweet to bitter quite nice taking in a sharp bitter/zesty like aftertaste and punching the finish the same way.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation is felt. Biterness feels appropriate for the style.
Overall, very nicely done AIPA by a brewer that is doing a fantastic job of getting it done right!

Tap, at the brewery. Hazy as you like, dark yellow. Frothy, messy, sticky, bright white head. Nose has cheesy, oniony hop. Sticky and dank. Notes of lemon and lime. Taste is light, juicy sweet, with sappy bitterness. Soft, massaging mouthfeel. Juicy, light bitter finish. Super.
