Tap, at American Flatbread, Burlington, VT. Bright, hazy yellow. Matching bright white head. Very yeasty and estery. Fruity, fresh hop. White pepper. Hint of lemon rind. Taste is clean, light bitter. Some yeasty dryness. Fresh, slightly sharp palate. Finishes light, crisp bitter. Turns dry toward the close. Refreshingly tart and clean.
