Bottle. Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Hazy, orangey amber. Thin, lasting, glossy, off white head. Pretty light aroma of bready sweet malts. Cherry stone. A little citrus. Taste sets off grainy sweet. Turns light dry, then gentle, lasting bitter. Lovely, soft, airy mouthfeel, with perfectly matched carbonation. Finishes yeasty dry, and light, lingering bitter. Not a lot going off, at first, but this is an interesting first brew.
