Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a unclear golden with white head. Aroma is super ginger spices. Taste is ginger forward, but has a nice grainy malt backbone to keep it balanced.

13/1/2021. Bottle from the Real Ale Shop, Wells. Pours slightly hazy dark gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma of ginger ale, citrus, sulphur, coriander, grainly wheaty notes. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, quite watery, average carbonation. Quite disappointing.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - golden with a very close to snow white head. The head then recedes very quickly. Nose - ginger plus custard creams. Taste - very gingery and still a bit creamy. Palate - light bodied, big carbonation effect from the addition of ginger. Dry, bitter, zingy finish. Overall - ok.

(Bottle) Clear golden with stupidly big white head. Nice authentic ginger aroma. Light body, bright fizzy carbonation. Great bitey ginger taste overlaying light malt and some citrus tang. Nice ginger beer.

Cask at the Reading beer festival. Cloudy gold in hue. Nice soft mouthfeel with mellow ginger and lemon. The ginger has a kick by the end but it’s a decent balanced beer overall. Compared this side-by-side with Peerless Ninja Jinja and this one won by s country mile.
