WHEAT IPA
HOP: Premiant (bitter), Mosaic (whirlpool) Mosaic (dryhop). Bovengist.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is Mosaic hop, soft fruits, touch of onion and cat pee, malt, some caramel and pine resin. Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Some nice quirky Mosaic notes, but overall this beer is more malt-forward than I expected.

Bottle. Amber color. Vinegar dominating the aroma. Firm hopbitter flavor, yeasty, pineapple, citrus, vinegar. Weird, below Molen standards, vinegar level is only just acceptable.

Quite malty for an IPA, but hoppy and fresh. Some fruityness. Not bad, nothing exciting.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 27 July 2017) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of caramel, tropical fruit and resin. Malty, hoppy taste with caramel, citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit, resin and a generous citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well made, with a fresh hop character. Nice one.

Bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear dark orange to amber color, average sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste wheat, some hops, hop bitter, bitter. On the bitter side for an IPA, which I like. Decent body, medium to firm carbonation. Not bad.
