Bottle @ benzai. Brown colour with a small beige head. Smells chocolate, brown bread, roasty, slightly weird. Tastes chocolate, roasty, slightly sugary.. Not bad tbh. Thin to medium body, soft carbo.

Bottled@CPH BF 2013. Reddish amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some toffeeish and mild coffeeish notes. Flavour is toffee, fruits, some liquorice, mild coffee as well as some raisins and mild metallic notes. Balanced, but a bit strange aftertaste.

0.5l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew. Slowly on its way out of the bottle it pours a deep dark brown body with a small quickly sidesticking light brown top. On the nose I get both leather and licorice combined with a soft roastiness and traces of chocolate powder. Not horrible at all. It's soft to average on the carbonation with a gliding light mouthfeel. The taste has both chocolate, roasted malts, soft traces of leather and a nice gentle bitterness. Is this the strangest name on a beer ever? I'm not sure. Perhaps? But it's actually quite a nice easy drinking beer. 09.01.2012
