Bottle 500ml. @ chriso [ chrisos festive get-together tasting ].Clear medium amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, apple. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled. Hazy amber, small head. Ginger aroma. Dry and light bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Plenty of salt and bicarbonate. Low bitterness. Strange stuff.
