Cask at the Royal Standard, Wooburn Common. A straw coloured pour with a loose white head; grassy aroma; sweet at first, then with a sour grainy taste and a light bitterness; before a dry finish. A pleasant "real lager" style beer; refreshing on a sunny summer afternoon.
