Cask at the Monks Retreat, Reading. A pale amber pour with a loose white head; fresh grassy aroma; crisp in the mouth with a grassy herbal bitterness, and some underlying sweet grains; then a long dry finish with a touch of spice. Plain and simple, refreshing, and rather moreish.

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Light copper in colour with a creamy head. Bitter, it has extremely mild toffee notes in its taste.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 9/5/2015. Golden in colour with a decent, white, head. Tangerine and pineapple fruits, some biscuity malts, grassy hops and a decent, dry, finish. Good.
