Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 4.5

From tap. Pours hazy orange to amber. Small off white head. Aroma is caramelish and toasted malt. Medium dry, light fruity to mild sourish. Breadish and toasted malty finish.

Hopscor Rotbier, vom Faß im Castle am Berliner Nordbahnhof. - Kupferrotgold, leicht trüb. - In der Nase feine englische Hopfung, hopfenwürzig und orangenfruchtig. - Im Antrunk elegant toastmalzig mit feiner roter Frucht, die in kernige hopfenwürzige Herbe übergeht. Feine Restsüße. Spritzig rezent, könnte etwas weniger Kohlensäure vertragen. Im Abgang aromatische orangenfruchtige Bittere. - Sehr aromatisches Rotbier, bei dem zuletzt die fruchtigen Noten dominieren und die schöne englisch-hopfenwürzige Herbe etwas zu kurz kommt.
