On tap at Gasthausbrauerei Alt-Giessen in Gießen. "Frühlingsbier" is their special for spring, as the name indicates. The menu referred to it as an "Export" style beer. - Starts a bit yeasty, slightly bitter, a bit fruity. Finish is only a little bit bitter. Doesn’t have much to offer taste-wise, except for some herbal bitterness. Definitely not a beer I’d like to try again.
