Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet apples with mild alcohol and some slight cheesy notes. Flavour is dry apple juice, some yeast, mild caramel and some slight cheesyness. Rather mouthdrying.

At Chriso New Year 2011/12 tasting. A cider that smells of cider. A bit dry which is good. Some stewed fruit tastes a bit of scrumpy. Fine

Bottle from Bristol Cider Shop. Amber and dead pan flat. Intense, dryish apple aroma of aged skins and cores. Flavour was also tart, with some dry fruit, a touch of wood and slightly sweeter finish. Refreshing.
