Draught at Ram Restaurant and Brewery, Northgate, Seattle, 5.5% ABV
Cloudy light amber color, with creamy head. The aroma is very nice, spicy, hoppy (Cascade). It has a fairly good malt flavor, with lean and aromatic hopping, very citrusy, lemony, with light hop resins in the end, leading to a long but balanced final.
Very pleasant and fresh.

Sample at the Schaumburg location. The beer is a clear orange-amber color with a medium thin bone white head that fizzes away quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Lightly spiced hops and citrus in the nose. Light body with flavors of grapefruity hops, malt and caramel. The finish is short and mildly hoppy. Just average overall.
