Bottle picked up from Real, Passau and consumed at home Monday 30th October 2023 listening to Craig Charles on 6Music and about to cook Veal, Prawn and Cumin Kebabs with a Shaved Fennel, Pink Radish, and Nasturtium Flowers, Aubergine Rolls, Pea Pastizzi and Winter Tabbouleh with a Walnut Ice Cream for dessert. Pours clear gold with a white head. A little malty, a little dry finish, ok but a little bit boring.

Hier wurde offenbar nicht einfach ein vorhandenes Bier neu benannt und in eine kleinere Flasche gefüllt. Hinsichtlich Alkohol- und Stammwürzegehalt gibt es unter den (zahlreichen) Hacklberger Bieren nichts identisches. Hell golden, klare Farbe. Geschmacklich Getreide, ein Hauch Frucht (insbesondere etwas Apfel und Birne), milde florale Hopfennoten. Nicht intensiv aber auch nicht ganz so süß und kompromisslos auf Süffigkeit getrimmt wie andere Biere dieser Art. Die ersten beiden Schlucke wirken allerdings etwas dumpf. Ganz wunderbar weich, wenn man es ins Glas eingeschenkt hat. Direkt aus der Flasche getrunken deutlich spritziger. Ist denke ich als Party- oder Diskobier gedacht und macht diesen Job tatsächlich erstaunlich gut.

Die Flasche mag zwar nett gestaltet sein, aber das Bier sieht aus wie eine dünne Hühnersuppe. Auch geschmacklich wirft es einen nicht vom Hocker. Auch hier dominiert ein wässriger Körper. Eventuell sinnvoll für sommerliche Festivals, aber Biergenuss ist es sicher nicht.

33cl bottle. Klare goldgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße schaumkrone. Geruch metallisch hopfig, würzig bitter. Geschmack getreidig süß malzig, mild metallisch hopfig, unangenehm bitterer Nachgeschmack.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120109]

Bottle: Pale, clear, greenish-golden coloured, lazy carbonation, small foamy layer; dry grassy hoppy nose with a sweetish-strawy background; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, a bit fizzy; slightly lingering dryish grassy finish, balanced by a very small amount of pale malt. Not really bad, but bit too "slim"......

bottle from pivnizub - díky! Clear pale yellow colour, mid-sized white head. Malty-bready nose with a touch of dust. Medium-bodied, mainly malty with hints of bread and biscuits, very slightly hoppy. Inoffensive, a bit boring.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts hoppy and dry, a bit sweet in the background. The finish is much too washy - almost like water. Not good!

(bottle) Clear yellow colour with a short foamy white head. Grainy malty aroma with grassy hops. Very light bodied beer with not much taste but also without failures. Slightly sweet grainy taste, low bitter finish with grassy hops. Absolutely boring brew.
