Keg at Dogtap. It pours clear golden - amber with a small white cap. The aroma is fresh piney vibes, sappy, resinous, touch of west coast dank, damp grass, digestive biscuit and twist of citrus. The taste is initially dry, bitter - sweet character, digestive biscuit, brown bread, rivita, pithy, zesty, lemony, grapefruit, twist of lime and gooseberry in the mix with a drying and firm biscuity finish. Light to medium body and moderate carbonation. All comes together pretty well. Drinks fine.
