Can from Green's of Ellon. It pours cloudy red with an orangey hint and fluff off - white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, tart, tangy, milky, natural yoghurt, vanilla, plenty of ripe berry, jammy, victoria sponge cake, rapsberry, tayberry, strawberry, bramble and gummy candy. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, sweet - sour, juicy, plenty of tangy berry, rapsberry, tayberry, big strawberry character, bramble, lactic, natural yoghurt, puckering, dull acidity, twist of blood orange, fizzy sherbet and vanilla with a drying, puckering finish. Average body and moderate, fizzy carbonation. The pastry sour description actually put me off, but it's rather pleasant.
