AROMA: medium fruity aroma reminiscent of citrus, pine, spices. medium-low malt-like notes of toffee. APPEARANCE: dark-orange to amber body and slightly hazy. medium beige head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: initial medium spicy notes, hops (pine and grapefruit) and medium-low malt background (toffee-like). medium bitterness with a dry and slightly bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: an over the average low alcohol offering.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours a murky muddy reddish brown with a thick, frothy yellowy - beige head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, rather jammy, red fruits, dried fruits, fruit cake, twist of citrus, brown bread, toffee and cocoa. The taste is dry, firm, bitter, piney, nutty, cacao, zingy citrus vibes, pithy, zesty, bitter orange, grapefruit, brown bread and a touch of jammy fruits. Finish is bone dry green pine with a twist of citrus. Light+ body and moderate carbonation. Has a good depth of flavour. Not a looker, but a rather unique offering.
