Can from Rosemount Market. It pours cloudy burnt orange / amber with a small fluffy white head. The aroma is green, weedy, herbal, green, pine, pithy, zesty citrus, bitter orange, campari and some red berry. The taste is dry, plenty of bitterness which lingers, green, weedy, spicy, herbal, dry wood, sandalwood, bitter orange rind, grapefruit, kumquat, campari, grass, chewy, toothy and light tannin with a drying, spicy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Quite an interesting stuff.
