The taste is crisp, dry, pleasing level of bitterness which lingers, spicy, grassy, nutty, cereal, toasty grain, soapy florals and bitter waxy citrus rind with a dry finish. Average body and modeate carbonation. Perhaps sits a touch heavier than I would like for this kind of style. Fin overall.
