Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours lightly hazy pineapple gold with a frothy white cap. The aroma is soft ripe banana, warming clove rock, spice, grapefruit zest, touch of tangy marmalade and wheat bread. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, pithy, zesty, light citrus pucker, zingy grapefruit, lime, pomelo, sherbet, refreshers, hint of green banana and a touch of minerality with a dry, zesty finish. Light body and moderate, fizzy carbonation. A bit of a disconnect from aroma and taste. Quenching and pretty refreshing nonetheless.
