Cask at Prince of Wales. it pours clear reddish - brown with a thick, dense light beige head. The aroma is sweet, bright, caramel, tangy, soft red fruits, jammy, tangy, victoria sponge cake,, pine needles, sappy and resin. The taste is dry, bitter, spicy, pine, resin, floral, juniper, red fruits, dull caramel, brown bread, grass and sappy wood. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Flavourful and moreish. Cracking condition helps boost it. Super enjoyable.
