33 cL bottle. Gusher. Pours hazy brown to dark orange with a small off white head. Smooth brett, toasted malty and fruity. Light leathery note. Solid carbonated. Smooth fruity, mild honey, brett and fruity. Lingering dry bretty finish. Not sure it was intended this way, but quite nice bretty mild honey flavoured brew, sadly way to carbonated.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.Clear light to medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate honey wax, light dusty chocolate - leather. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sharp sweet, light leather - plastic. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Dark orange to light brown colour with a big head. Smells sour, cellar and musty. Tastes accordingly, in a bad way. Medium body, active carbo.

33cl. Cuivre, col épais blanc. Arôme de miel, levure avec une touche de masse-pain; En bouche; note de levure, miel reste assez doux et donne ce profile fleuri avec un alcool qui non sans dominé reste bien présent. Malt laissant un pointe de noisette pillée avec un miel doux/sucré et qcq épices. Une fine amertume perce le palais et donne un ajout agréable de houblon et citron. Reste épaisse en bouche.
