The taste is dry, zingy, bitter, nutty, orange peel, tangerine, bit of funk, barnyard, spice, marmalade sandwiches, grassy, straw, soapiness, earth and dry wood with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate+ foamy carbonation. Solid stuff.
