Bottle shared with my bro. It pours clear yellow - gold with a decent foamy white head. The aroma is fragrant, floral, whisky, hay, bready, vanilla, oak, lemon peel and gooseberry. The taste is firmly dry, fragrant, floral, tannin, spruce, pine, floral, oak, whisky, spicy, earthy, soapy citrus, grapefruit, alcohol warmth and earth with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, foamy carbonation. An interesting combo for sure. Decent.

Hazy golden beer, white head. Bready, malty aroma with a little zestiness. Flavour is interesting. Dry malt, some hops and floral, herby flavours to it with the whisky coming through a little more as you go, both adding a little more sweetness but some boozy warmth in the finish too, while also managing to be airy from the spruce. An interesting combo all told.
